If you are not satisfied with your Nioky purchase, contact contact@trynioky.com within 60 calendar days of receiving it. Include your order number and the email used at checkout. The guarantee allows you to try your routine; opening or using a product does not by itself exclude a request under this commercial guarantee.
We will provide the return instructions. Pack any requested items securely and keep proof of dispatch. For a full bundle refund, return the included items requested in those instructions. A partial refund is based on the amount actually paid for the returned items.
Return address: Rue de Namur 87, 6041 Charleroi, Belgium. This is separate from our registered office. Contact us before sending a parcel so we can identify your order and provide return instructions.
For a change-of-mind return, you pay the actual return postage. We cover necessary return transport for defective or incorrect goods. No restocking fee is charged.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise without additional cost. Commercial refunds are processed within 10 business days after receipt of the requested return, subject to any shorter legal deadline. Your payment provider may require additional processing time.
The commercial guarantee does not restrict mandatory consumer rights. Eligible EU distance purchases have a 14-day withdrawal period. Notify us within that period and send the goods back within 14 days of notification. Applicable payments, including basic outbound delivery, are reimbursed within 14 days of notification; reimbursement may be withheld until the goods or evidence of dispatch is received, whichever is earlier. Any legally applicable hygiene exception to statutory withdrawal does not remove our separate 60-day commercial guarantee.
